Nice comfy base for exploring Saint-Vincent. Truly exceptional place with spa centre to relax. Great and beautiful location, pedestrian area. A lovely restaurant on site.

Well-refurbished hotel with clean and fresh rooms. English speaking and helpful staff.- Great breakfast and excellent wellness area available at an additional cost.

Standard rooms are small with below average bathrooms. Some rooms overlook a noisy street.

This is a 3 star hotel gem in the middle of Saint Vincent. We had a great experience and the service is something incredible, never experienced such a great service. Rooms are very very nice and clean, comfy bed, awesome view of the Alps, very near from bus and train station and delicious service. On our last day we could not find a taxi for 6 and the owners provided us transport to the train station themselves with their personal vehicles. GREAT SERVICE!!!

We found a gem on on our way back to the uk from Italy. The welcome was very warm and charming, all requests attended to, The room was ravishing and we had an excellent meal made with all local products. The breakfast offered delicious homemade cakes and jams. The underground spa was a revelation, a large bubbling pool, steam room etc.soft lighting and under part of the floor, covered with glass the remains of a Roman spa.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they did their best to make my stay enjoyable. The location was great as it was easily accessible and close to public transportation.

The buffet was a bit confusing as it was split into three separate areas instead of being all in one place. This made it a bit inconvenient to navigate and find everything I wanted.

Breakfast Food is a problem - no vegetables at all. Wellness price is overpriced - 15EURO per person when the TERMS is near for 30 EURO

Magnificent location to Ussel Castle. Thoroughly enjoyed pretty area. Silent and large units with a Turkish bath, adequate space, an extra bed.

The design of the room. The town was very nice. The young people was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the worst I have had in years: bread hard as stones, stale cakes and croissants, almost no fruit (just apples and sometimes kiwis). The very small bathroom, I had problems not to fall in the too narrow bath tub. The behavior of the old ladies was quite creepy. The water of the swimingpool of the spa was cold!

Easy access, friendly staff, spacious room with comfortable bed. Fridge and kettle provided. Clean bathroom. Delicious included breakfast with fresh bread and homemade pies. Immaculate spa facilities. Highly recommended.
